As a leader within the facilities and operations team, you will take ownership of the delivery of all facilities and security operations on a day-to-day basis in the Osterley Campus and any other sites assigned to you

Your Office Base
Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
On campus, you’ll find 13 subsidised restaurants, cafes, and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed, and even get pampered at our beauty salon.

What You’ll Do
- Directly managing the Housekeeping, Workplace and Security teams in your region. You will be accountable of allocation of resources of your area of responsibility, ensuring the delivery of the service through outsourced providers.
- Partnering with the Ops Delivery Manager to ensure the delivery of PPM and reactive Maintenance in accordance with Legal Requirements, contracts KPI and SLA and within budget.
- Accountable for the Health, Safety and Compliance of buildings. Partnering the internal Safe@Sky team to ensure this is proactively monitored and continuously improved.
- Carrying out site visits, audits and surveys to validate the condition of the buildings and the delivery of services.
- Ensuring all processes, documentation and certifications are reviewed, updated and archived accordingly.
- Collating key financial, contractual and transformation information supporting the operating performance. You will also report on key delivery information to ensure the contract performance can be captured.
- Managing the business stakeholder relationships on behalf of Spaces, working to understand the challenges and opportunities within each building and sharing the wider work of the Sky Spaces teams.
- Managing Internal communications for all Facilities related matters, including escalations
- Demonstrable experience and good working knowledge of hard services ( Technical) and soft services to allow making operation decision
- Experience of facility management of of complex building in a mixed estate.
- Communicates clearly and succinctly, with the ability to simplify complex matters and effectively influence and manage both internal and external stakeholders through strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven experience in budget management to ensure the right level of service delivery
- solid track record of working in facilities teams at a management level, ideally within the commercial property sector.
- Member grade of IWFM qualification( Institute of Workplace of Facilities Management. ) and IOSH or NEBOSH certification
