Refrigeration Engineer

Monday - Friday - 08.30 - 05.30pm

Salary is negotiable upon experience

We are currently recruiting for a Refrigeration Engineer to join our client based in Melksham.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair refrigeration systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to air commercial refrigeration cabinets and plant.
• Build and install new refrigeration systems as required
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential problems before they escalate.
• Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to improve the business's productivity
• Provide training to junior staff, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
  
  

Requirements:

• Time served refrigeration engineer with hands-on experience in refrigeration plant.
• Strong understanding of refrigeration plant and it's components
• Experience in equipment repair, demonstrating problem-solving skills.
• Ability to mentor junior team members effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A proactive approach to work with a strong attention to detail.
