Travelodge is looking for a proactive and innovative Refit Product Manager to join our centrally based Product & Proposition team. You will be responsible for transforming our hotel and bar cafe environments, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and exceed customer expectations. As a Refit Product Manager, you will scope, implement, monitor, and optimise our refit proposition and programme. Your work will directly impact the look and feel of Travelodge’s properties, driving both customer satisfaction and commercial performance. You will also have the opportunity to develop new customer products that support Travelodge long-term sustainability, grounded in customer insights and aligned with our brand promise of "Delivering Affordable Travel for Everyone."

The Refit Product Manager at Travelodge oversees the hotel and bar cafe refit program, aligning it with strategic objectives and enhancing customer experience. This role involves developing and implementing new customer-focused products to drive commercial performance and brand sustainability. Managing cross-functional teams, the Refit Product Manager ensures projects are delivered successfully and engages with multiple stakeholders. Post-project evaluation and analysis are conducted to inform future improvements. The role requires a focus on innovation, challenging existing practices, and identifying opportunities to enhance guest experiences. Monitoring commercial and customer KPIs is essential for maximising revenue growth and profitability. Effective budget management and building strong relationships with internal and external partners are also key responsibilities. Overall, this role supports Travelodge commitment to providing affordable travel while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

They are proactive, innovative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, always seeking new opportunities to improve products and processes. They are detail-oriented, passionate about the brand, and committed to maintaining Travelodge’s reputation for delivering affordable, quality experiences. Knowledge of F&B operations and experience in refit or renovation projects would be highly beneficial, enabling them to make immediate, impactful contributions.


What are the extra benefits of working for Travelodge?

  • 37.5 hour per week
  • Up to £60,000 per annum depending on experience plus
  • This is a field based role with 3 days out in our refit hotels and two days working from home with the ability to come to our support office in Thame if needed
