An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to join our new reducing restrictive practice team. This team is a new innovation which will assist with ensuring our clinical teams develop understanding related to the functions behind dysregulated, distressed and challenging behaviour. The team will support staff teams to develop skills, knowledge and competency to support individuals without applying aversive and restrictive approaches.
