Applicants should know that this role is a Hybrid role & requires regular travel (3 days per week) to our offcies in Sunbury (2 days are remote working).
We are seeking a Recruitment & HR Administrator to support our passionate and hardworking team with recruiting and onboarding activities. Reporting to the HR Manager, the role will play an integral part in supporting our Recruitment & HR team with daily administration tasks. This will be an excellent opportunity for someone who wishes to learn and build a career as an internal recruiter.

Experience of recruitment either in house or agency based
Good IT systems knowledge
Ideally experienced recruiting for engineering industry profile roles
We are seeking a Recruitment & HR Administrator to support our passionate and hardworking team with recruiting and onboarding activities. Reporting to the HR Manager, the role will play an integral part in supporting our Recruitment & HR team with daily administration tasks. Responsibilities include:
- Promote the Company’s reputation and the Orona Values
- Support the Recruiters to proactively find and engage high-quality, diverse candidates directly from various channels
- Direct source to identify talent pipelines
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards etc
- Conduct screening calls with candidates
- Co-ordinate the interview process with candidates and recruiting managers ensuring all parties receive regular updates throughout the process
- Manage the offer process including drafting contracts and issuing offer packs
- Manage the onboarding process including all associated Admin tasks
- Conduct background and reference checks
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure everything is ready for the new starter on their first day i.e. Fleet, IT, Workwear
- Maintain precise and up-to-date recruitment activity records
- Coordination of probation periods with line managers
- Coordinate the monthly Company induction attendance
- Support with HR projects and initiatives
- Comprehensive knowledge of the hiring process, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding
- Highly organized
- Very strong attention to detail / accuracy
- Experienced in sourcing and attracting candidates using different methods including LinkedIn, Job Boards, Careers Fairs
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
- Strong internal stakeholder management skills
- Experience of hiring field and office based employees would be beneficial
- A strong sense of professionalism and discretion
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
