Foster + Partners is one of the world’s leading architecture and design studios, with over 2,500 people worldwide. Known for our innovation, ambition and global impact, we’re entering an exciting new phase - reimagining how we attract and engage the brightest talent to shape the future of design.

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. You’ll play a key role in the operational backbone of our hiring efforts—coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes across a diverse range of roles, from early careers to architecture, engineering, and corporate teams. In addition to supporting recruiters, you’ll work closely with the TA Operations Manager to assist with data management, reporting, and process optimisation, helping to ensure our systems and workflows run smoothly and efficiently.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer paperwork.
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless and professional recruitment process.
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs across early careers, design, technical, and business functions.
  • Maintain accurate ATS data and assist with reporting, analytics, and compliance tracking.
  • Partner with the TA Operations Manager to support process improvements, data integrity, and system optimisation.
  • Engage candidates and stakeholders with clarity, care, and attention to detail.
  • Help drive inclusive hiring practices and support employer brand initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects within Talent Acquisition operations.

Who you are:

  • Experienced in recruitment coordination, ideally in a creative, professional or fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once.
  • Confident communicator with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
  • Skilled in using ATS systems and recruitment tools to streamline and improve processes.
  • Resourceful and enthusiastic about finding great talent.
  • Proactive and data driven, helping to keep systems, reports and processes reliable and up to date
  • Passionate about creating positive candidate experiences and inclusive outcomes.

Why join us?

You’ll play a vital role in helping Foster + Partners hire brilliant people who shape the future of design. If you’re passionate about recruitment, great with people, and ready to grow your career in a world-class creative environment, we’d love to hear from you.
