Salary: Starting salary £28,438, rising to £30,253 (upon successful completion of your 9-month probationary period)
Location: On-site in Slough (SL1 1DY).

What will you be doing?
- Be the face of Fedcap to employers, selling the benefits of working with us to fill their vacancies with job-ready candidates.
- Develop new business by picking up the phone, knocking on doors, sending bold emails – whatever it takes to get noticed and get results.
- Build relationships with employers and understand what makes them tick so you can match them with the right candidate.
- Help customers shine by prepping them for interviews and supporting them to build confidence.
- Deliver onperformance targets – and enjoy celebrating every win, big or small!
- Work closely with job coaches to create a strong pipeline of candidates for live vacancies.
- A natural ability to start conversations and build trust with just about anyone.
- Experience in sales, business development, or recruitment is a big plus – but personality, hunger, and drive are just as important!
- Resilience – you’ll face knockbacks, but that only makes you push harder.
- Confidence in cold calling, canvassing, and converting leads into relationships.
- Passion for helping people transform their lives through work.
- A team player with a positive can-do attitude.
