This is a fantastic opportunity to join our recruitment team.You will play a key role in supporting a busy recruitment function and helping to ensure we provide the best possible recruitment and onboarding experience to our candidates and hiring managers.
You will take a proactive role in supporting the team, serving as the main point of contact for managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Your responsibilities will include monitoring and updating the system to ensure optimal performance, handling system configuration, and resolving any technical issues that may arise.
You will also be responsible for generating reports and analysing data from the ATS to provide insights on recruitment metrics and system performance. Using this data, you will identify trends and areas for improvement, helping to optimize the recruitment process.
Additionally, you will oversee the careers inbox, providing timely responses to inquiries from candidates, hiring managers, and external stakeholders. When needed, you will assist recruiters with tasks such as posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and addressing queries.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role and be able to commit to a fixed term contract until April 2025.

Location Remote working with some travel to Ashford, Kent when required
Hours Available 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
Term Fixed term until April 2025
