What You’ll Do

  • Shape that all-important first impression, greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Assist in maintaining a tidy and inviting reception area
  • Provide a helping hand with administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling
  • Be the sites 'go-to' for providing information and assistance
  • Receiving parcels and post
  • Issuing of visitor badges
  • Monitoring CCTV
  • Assist with hospitality event set up

What You Bring

  • SIA license (or willing to be trained and obtain SIA license)
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are the key
  • A positive, energetic and proactive attitude with a passion for customer service
  • Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft office, excel, power-point, outlook, Teams)
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow process

Package Description

Receptionist Concierge

  • Monday to Friday 10:30am to 3:30pm
  • 25 hours per week
  • £13.00 per hour + Sodexo benefits
  • Free parking onsite
  • Use of on site gym
  • Good public transport links
  • Uniform provided
  • SIA Licence required (or willing to be trained and obtain SIA license)
  • 28 Days Holiday, increasing to 33 days with service (including bank holidays)
