About The Role

We are 4Com; an award winning, market leading telecoms company that are currently going through an exciting period of growth.

We’re looking for an experienced and professional Receptionist to become a key part of our front-of-house team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors—offering a warm welcome and representing our brand with professionalism and efficiency. Working alongside our Head of Reception, you’ll help ensure the seamless delivery of reception services while also providing valuable administrative support across the business.

Please note, this role is fully office based in Bournemouth.

What would I be doing as a Receptionist at 4Com?

  • Visitor Experience: Greet all guests with professionalism and hospitality, notify relevant team members of their arrival, offer refreshments, and escort them as needed.
  • Call Handling: Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, transferring them appropriately or taking detailed messages when necessary.
  • Post Management: Distributing mail to the relevant recipients, log all outgoing mail ready for collection.
  • Meeting Room Coordination: Manage electronic booking systems to avoid scheduling conflicts and ensure rooms are prepared.
  • Car Park Oversight: Monitor daily layout and manage guest parking, including meeting and escorting visitors from the car park.
  • Stationery & Supplies: Maintain stock levels and reorder as needed.
  • Visitor Access: Prepare visitor badges and guest Wi-Fi credentials in advance.
  • Sales Logging: Manage the Sales team case queue in our CRM (Dynamics), ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • Administrative Support: Provide ad-hoc admin support to departments and assist the support team with calls and case logging during quieter periods.
