Range & Space Planning Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Range & Space planning team on a 24 months fixed term contract at Holland & Barrett as Range & Space Planning Assistant. This role offers a great opportunity to build your career in one of the nation's leading retail brands and be involved and help support retail space & merchandising change.

You could be working in a similar marketing, category or merchandising role or will have a keen interest in joining the retail sector and learning about everything space planning for our stores! Most of all we are looking for someone who has a good administrative background along with outstanding planning and organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and a creative flair! You will also need to be able to travel to our Nuneaton office at least 2-3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Space Planners on projects during planning, prep & delivery and deputising when required.
• During the range review process own the creation & updating of selected groups of planograms based on the Master planograms created by the Space Planner & brief for the project.
• Lead small projects to support the Space Planner owning planograms updates & engagement with key stakeholders.
• Own the product sample process ensuring physical samples are available for all existing & new products to support accurate review & sign off of projects
• Own the accuracy of product dimension data for new & existing products to ensure the accuracy of planograms & right first time implementation for stores.
• Support the Space Planners with collation & validation of space & performance data.
• While working cross functionally, action physical merchandising builds within our head office ‘mock shop'. Ensure product samples and any additional fixture requirements arrive within a timely fashion
• Alongside the other Assistants own the stores feedback process ensuring all stores queries are reviewed, responded to & resolve in a timely manner in line with agreed SLA'S.
• Key Support in all store merchandising trials and projects
• Support the overall store merchandising team when required during peak workload times.
• Along with the other Assistants take ownership of coordinating the planning & maintenance of the range review Mockshop from a Merch point of view.
  
  

Location:

This role is based in Nuneaton, and may be occasionally required to travel to our London Hub or to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the office
