Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain quarry machinery and equipment.
- Ensure quality control of materials and adherence to safety protocols.
- Load materials, manage supplies, and maintain cleanliness of the site.
- Act as a responsible person on site in the manager's absence.
- Experience in a similar role within the construction materials industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
