Your Purpose

  • Provide a full range of Quantity Surveying duties, from project inception through to completion, working alongside a project team.
  • Deliver excellent client service on our commissions through quality assurance and regular client care.
  • Champion innovation within our organisation as well as on the client-side.
  • Liaise with cross-function teams to develop ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Administration of lump sum, target cost and re-measurable contracts, including calculation of quantities and unit rates in compliance with contractual guidelines.

What You Can Bring

  • HNC or equivalent in Quantity Surveying desirable. A degree qualification would be advantageous.
  • Good communication skills, collaboration and teamwork.
  • Analytical & attention to detail, Strong financial and contractual acumen to mitigate risks and drive successful project outcomes.
  • Have excellent commercial and contractual knowledge with knowledge of construction contracts e.g., IChemE / NEC.
  • Have an excellent understanding of the costs and risks associated with the delivery of projects.
  • Preferably experienced in UK complex infrastructure sector, including Transport, Water, or Energy sectors.Workload planning and prioritisation: providing regular progress reports to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Membership (or working towards) of a professional body is preferable however we are keen to support colleagues who have yet to start their chartership journey.
