The Role

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work within our ISG Retail division, who is driven, motivated and committed and wants to develop in the field of commercial management and surveying. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain close relationships with customers, consultants and subcontractors to continuously improve the customer experience and support future repeat and negotiated business.
• To take active responsibility for all financial procedures in conjunction with the Senior Surveyor.
• To suggest trade contractors, systems and manufacturers for team appraisal.
• To take a lead role in the valuation process.
  
  

Skills And Experience

• Degree qualified or substantial experience within the construction industry in the field of commercial management and surveying
• Good understanding of JCT/NEC forms of contract & contract law
