About the opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in measurement, take-offs, and preparation of Bills of Quantities, along with proficiency in CostX software.

What you'll do

• Perform accurate measurements and take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and update comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Develop cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation.
• Monitor project costs and assess variations.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and security protocols.
• Utilize CostX for digital measurement and cost reporting.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in measurement, BOQ preparation, and cost management.
• Security clearance is required.
• Proficiency in CostX software.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
