About the opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in measurement, take-offs, and preparation of Bills of Quantities, along with proficiency in CostX software.
What you'll do
- Perform accurate measurements and take-offs from drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and update comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Develop cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation.
- Monitor project costs and assess variations.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and security protocols.
- Utilize CostX for digital measurement and cost reporting.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in measurement, BOQ preparation, and cost management.
- Security clearance is required.
- Proficiency in CostX software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
