Role Summary
We're seeking a Quality Engineer to join our Braking Systems division where you'll be in a pivotal role; collaborating with Customers, Manufacturing Engineers and Design Engineers to adapt processes and products to ensure Zero Defects.
We are the technology leaders within Integrated Braking systems across defence, military and commercial aerospace. With our newly formed Integrated company of Parker and Meggitt you will be joining a powerhouse of a company worth $16bn and employing over 15,000 globally.

Your Responsibilities
- To drive improvements into the business from internal data analysis, customer & supplier inputs
- To build understanding, interpreting and communicating customer requirements and ensuring internal value streams & suppliers deliver Right First Time
- To develop the whole supply chain from (supplier base to customer) to deliver 100% quality & 100% Delivery, utilising & training modern tools such as Lean, RCCA, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, FAI
- To work in an inclusive and solutions focused manner as a high performing team player.
- Be able to lead initiatives that improve products & processes
- Knowledge of complex Quality Engineering processes and regulatory requirements
- Excellent ability to find solutions and problem solve collaboratively
- Ability to interpret internal/external business challenges and make recommendations for improvements to products, processes or services
- Able to remain curious when identifying problems and trying solutions
- Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Aerospace industry experience
