Your role
Are you passionate about quality, precision, and space technology? Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Product Assurance Manager to lead the Antenna Manufacture work package within our Antenna PA department in Stevenage. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our antenna products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability, supporting critical space missions.
As The Product Assurance Manager, You Will
- Lead product assurance activities for antenna manufacturing projects, ensuring on-time, on-quality deliveries
- Deliver PA documentation and support for design reviews
- Implement PA requirements across design, development, testing, and operations
- Support non-conformance control using NC-CAPA and ESA eNCTS tools
- Consolidate and manage the Critical Items List in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Experience in product assurance or quality management, ideally in aerospace or high-tech manufacturing
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, standards, and compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects
