Support the production and implementation of the Quality Management System across Forensic Services!
As a Derbyshire Quality and Performance Officer you will assist the implementation of the Quality Management System in accordance with the standards and regulations required to obtain and maintain accreditation, ensuring we deliver an effective and quality service for the force.
With your experience of working within an accredited Quality Standards Framework you will provide specialist quality and analytical support within Derbyshire Technical Forensics units.
You will provide Quality Management System training to all users and new Technical Managers across the units.

As a Derbyshire Quality and Performance Officer you will assist the implementation of the Quality Management System in accordance with the standards and regulations required to obtain and maintain accreditation, ensuring we deliver an effective and quality service for the force.
With your experience of working within an accredited Quality Standards Framework you will provide specialist quality and analytical support within Derbyshire Technical Forensics units.
You will provide Quality Management System training to all users and new Technical Managers across the units.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working within an internal Quality Unit to aid effective collaboration with supporting force units such as Digital Data and Technology, Procurement and Facilities
- Manging and chairing regular Quality Review Meetings with the assigned unit to support accreditation
- Collation of evidence to close out the findings and completion of UKAS Audits
- Facilitate the recovery, analysis and reporting of performance data from the Quality Management System
- Experience developing and implementing Quality Assurance Methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to deliver information to a variety of audiences
- Have good attention to detail and ability to organise time, use own initiative and work effectively
- An interest and/or experience working within a forensic discipline
