Job Description
Make your mark as QA/QC Advisor for Boskalis Subsea Services located in Aberdeen! As QA/QC Advisor, you will provide support, assistance and advice to the business and projects on quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) matters, ensuring that internal, client, legal and certification requirements are being met. You will be an excellent communicator, demonstrate a positive attitude and be able to manage your workload in a fast paced project environment.

Job Description
Make your mark as QA/QC Advisor for Boskalis Subsea Services located in Aberdeen! As QA/QC Advisor, you will provide support, assistance and advice to the business and projects on quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) matters, ensuring that internal, client, legal and certification requirements are being met. You will be an excellent communicator, demonstrate a positive attitude and be able to manage your workload in a fast paced project environment.
Your Responsibilities As a QA/QC Advisor Are
The main responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to;
- Provide QA/QC support to the business, projects, tendering and the SHEQ department in all aspects of the QA/QC and manufacturing/fabrication processes
- Establish, develop and maintain project, tender and customer specific Quality Plans when required
- Interface with suppliers, including completion of supplier document reviews
- Management and control of equipment inspections of procured, rented and client free issue items
- Support functions and projects in planning for Quality
- Carry out internal and supplier audits, as assigned.
- Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Opportunities for Improvement in line with service delivery or as a result of audit.
- A relevant Quality Management qualification and relevant Auditor qualification
- Relevant experience of providing QA/QC advice in a dynamic project / company environment
- Knowledge and experience of fabrication practices and processes (desirable, but not essential)
- Knowledge and experience with IMCA standards (desirable, but not essential)
- Experience of equipment inspection and release including review of MRBs
- Ability to work using own initiative or as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Ability to effectively manage own workload, and work within given timescales (both internal and external), ensuring project requirements are met.

- Where you will work: Your location will be our office in Aberdeen and you have the option to work from home 2 days per week. Fixed office days are Tuesday and Thursday's.
- Full - time job: The position of QA/QC Advisor is full time, 35 hours per week.
