Your Role And Responsibilities

• Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and SIT (System Integration Testing) phases;
• Create, manage, and execute test plans, schedules, and testing metrics;
• Drive testing cycles to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met;
• Collaborate effectively with business users and IT teams to ensure alignment throughout the testing process;
• Track defects and provide clear reporting to stakeholders using appropriate tools.
  
  

Preferred Education

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Proven experience as a Test Lead or QA Lead, with strong exposure to UAT and SIT management;
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially when working with business users and IT teams;
• Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA);
• Ability to create and manage test plans, schedules, and testing metrics;
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude to drive testing cycles to completion;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Advanced or fluent English – to be used daily for communication with international teams and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with industry-standard testing tools and reporting dashboards is a plus.
