QA Engineer - Fintech (Hybrid/Remote)

Our client is a fast-paced fintech company, and they are seeking motivated candidates for an exciting new opportunity. The ideal candidate will be available to start relatively quickly, with the option to begin on a fractional basis before transitioning to full-time. We are looking for individuals who are ready to hit the ground running and bring their expertise to the role.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a Fintech/Financial Services or start-up.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Works to deadlines and roadmaps
• Innovative and can-do and must-do mentality
• Advanced testing experience with native iOS and Android applications
• Experience in organizing, creating and executing test cases with third-party providers
• Ability to take charge of your time and prioritise problems to solve
• Critical thinking and passion for testing and quality
• Demonstrable experience in using test automation tools
• Working with a cross-functional development team, collaborating with designers, product managers and developers
• Planning and managing all phases of the quality assurance process
• Development and maintenance of testing knowledge base
• Designing test scenarios for test automation tools
• Testing client-server applications on iOS and Android
• Testing new features and product releases
• Creating documentation for the chapter and organisation
• Identify, analyse, document and track defects
• Updating team on open project statuses and testing activity around features
• Helping developers test better and more efficiently
