This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to shape and deliver compelling narratives about Amazon's operations.

- Lead communications strategies across multiple regions and stakeholder groups
- Serve as an Amazon spokesperson for media engagements
- Develop and maintain relationships with national and regional media outlets
- Create and execute strategic PR campaigns with measurable outcomes
- Manage crisis communications and time-sensitive media responses
- Create and implement comprehensive communications plans aligned with organizational goals
- Generate engaging content for traditional and digital media channels
- Write, develop and manage approvals for news releases, media advisories, fact sheets and related media materials for Amazon’s operations business

Basic Qualifications
- Experience in professional communications or public relations
- Demonstrated track record at a Senior level of managing complex PR campaigns
- Experience as a media spokesperson
- Proven ability to develop strategic communications plans
- Experience managing crisis communications
- Proficiency with PR measurement tools and analytics
- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field
- Multi-region PR campaign management expertise
- Knowledge of retail or logistics industry
- Experience with social media strategy and content creation
- Strong analytical and project management abilities
- Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholder groups
