Position:
The successful applicant will be based in the UK and working fully remotely.
Your success will contribute to the continued growth of the mental health team.
We are looking for our new Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) to be a team player and to be motivated to contribute to helping thousands each year. Part time positions may also be available.
This permanent position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive organisation. This role will provide the successful candidate with an excellent opportunity to provide first class psychological assessment and treatment to our network of prestigious clients.
Requirements:
We are looking for a Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) to join our existing team. The successful applicant will hold a clinical caseload providing assessment and treatment to patients experiencing common mental health problems. Responsibilities including:
Salary on offer for the position of Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) is £26,000 - £32,000 per annum FTE
The position offers fully REMOTE working
Full or part-time hours between 24 - 40 hours per week Monday to Friday

- Assess and deliver, under supervision, outcome focused, evidence-based interventions to patients experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
- To deliver treatment to patients experiencing mild/moderate mental health difficulties.
- To deliver a range of support for evidence-based treatments, including: telephone, media or typed.
- Have a professional qualification in Low Intensity CBT
- Have a minimum of one year’s post qualification experience
- You will be computer literate with good Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
- Importantly you will be able to work with your team to achieve the best outcomes for your patients.
- Be able to effectively problem solve and prioritise.
- Communicate effectively and be able to effectively time manage to meet agreed deadlines in a demanding environment.
