Property Service Helpdesk Administrator

About The Role
The Property Helpdesk Administrator will help manage and deliver all aspects of the Property Services function to maintain HC-One standards as the first choice care home company.
They will support our Homes and colleagues, particularly those new or developing, and will be a main point of contact for Homes, HC-One colleagues and external Contractors in relation to Property requests.
Inputting, Monitoring and Querying all maintenance jobs requests, the Property Helpdesk Administrator will manage and resolve any queries/disputes/chases in relation to raised jobs and arrange for all maintenance issues to be dealt with swiftly and to the company high standards.
About You
With previous experience in a busy multi-disciplined office environment, you will have sound working knowledge of word processing packages, including spreadsheets and email.
You will have excellent communication skills, have an assertive and confident manner when dealing with daily issues and have experience of dealing with and responding to correspondence and telephone enquiries in an efficient and professional manner.
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and therefore it is important that you are able to recognise the signs which may indicate possible abuse, harm or neglect in its different forms and know what to do if there are any concerns. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and to undertake additional training in associated areas. You also have the ability to seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.
