We are looking for two ambitious and experienced Project Safety Leads to join our Safety Team. You will lead on work within the Safety Improvement Project, providing the foundations to bring our Safety Management System to life and create lasting change.

You will have strong communication skills with the ability to turn technical concepts into practical guidance. - Creating accessible, user-centric safety tools and guidance materials
- Providing our safety leaders with role-specific safety training packages
- Developing an enduring method to test our safety performance against the Safety Management System
About You

To Be Considered For The Role, You Will Need
- Experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders
- Excellent collaboration skills – working as part of a project team to solve problems
- Qualifications and experience as a health and safety professional, with an understanding of best practices, standards and legislation
- The ability to work at pace and a resilient self-starter
- Delivery focussed and able to demonstrate putting the customer at the heart of the experience

- Salary £41,242 - £48,520 (dependent on experience)
