Permanent Project Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a focus on housing projects.
In-depth knowledge of JCT contracts.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Relevant degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying.
Experience with regional contractors is advantageous.
