We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team at Medik8. Based at our Head Office in Elstree, To Lead and oversee Tech (Data, Systems, IT) projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered punctually, within budget, and in alignment with Medik8's high-quality standards and digital strategy. This role involves managing crucial senior stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams, and harnessing tools and technologies to propel project success. You will be instrumental in translating stakeholder requirements into actionable project & product plans, guiding execution, and guaranteeing the seamless delivery of the Tech Roadmap.Salary - £50,000 - £60,000Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team at Medik8. This role involves managing crucial senior stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams, and harnessing tools and technologies to propel project success. You will be instrumental in translating stakeholder requirements into actionable project & product plans, guiding execution, and guaranteeing the seamless delivery of the Tech Roadmap.Salary - £50,000 - £60,000Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope and objectives, formulate detailed project plans, and coordinate activities across cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution and delivery.
- Undertake project planning, including budget/resource allocation, tracking, and reporting to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
- Develop and prioritise project schedules, ensuring timely completion of project milestones and overall delivery aligned to the Tech Roadmap.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals, progress, and outcomes.
- Identify potential project risks and devise mitigation strategies to minimise their impact on project timelines, budgets, and quality.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet Medik8's quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and best practices.
- Maintain consistent and clear communication with project teams and stakeholders through regular updates, reports, and meetings.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and ensuring efficient allocation and management of resources.
- Conduct project closure and post-project evaluation to capture insights and enhance future project delivery.
- Alignment with Tech Development team in day-to-day activities (e.g., Standup, Planning, Retrospectives).
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in tech projects within the tech, beauty, retail, or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Familiarity with trends and technologies relevant to the tech space is a plus (AI, IoT, Cyber Security, Data).
- Sharp attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work and continuous improvement.
- Experience in JIRA, Trello, Asana or equivalent an advantage.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Scrum, SAFe) is desirable.
