The Role
As a Project Manager (Medical/Healthcare & Life-sciences) at Plexus, your role will encompass the complete planning and execution of our projects. This includes ensuring high-quality delivery, efficient scheduling, effective risk management, and accurate forecasting. Collaborating with the System Lead and Technical Teams, your primary objective will be to achieve customer satisfaction and the ultimate goal of 'Product Success'. Additionally, you will facilitate seamless collaboration across various departments such as Product Design, Product Commercialization, and manufacturing & supply chain, ensuring the successful launch of Plexus' designs.
Your expertise will lie in managing intricate programs, projects, and technical teams within the Medical and Healthcare & Life Sciences. You will possess exceptional strategic thinking abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving, enabling you to make timely and sound decisions even in complex and uncertain situations. Your proven ability to influence others, build relationships, resolve conflicts, and exhibit strong leadership qualities will be crucial in this role. Moreover, you will demonstrate the capability to lead without formal authority and you will independently follow through on assignments as required.
As a strategic thinker, you will possess meticulous attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and overall organizational proficiency. Interacting and influencing both internal and external decision-makers will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, and you will be expected to represent Plexus in a professional manner at all times, showcasing your strong presentation skills.

Essential Skills, Education & Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field is required.
- Experience of 5+ years within Healthcare & Life sciences and Medical device market is required.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
- Experience of working in a product development organisation and an overall understanding of product development and manufacturing processes.
- Experience of managing complex programs, projects and technical teams.
- Experience of work in a cross-discipline team environment.
