We are looking for someone to manage the activities throughout various contracts and projects, overseeing staff and contract performance, ensuring works are completed efficiently and to a high quality.

The Job

The Job
- Ensuring relevant Heath and Safety standards are followed and achieved by undertaking required site audits/inspections, completing risk assessments and other compliance reports.
- Work effectively and closely with the client and other key stakeholders to maintain performance across several KPI measurement targets.
- Overseeing of the delivery teams ensuring completion of works to quality standards, in all aspects of site activities. Maximise utilisation and productivity of both direct and supply chain partner assets and resources.
- Maximising revenue whilst controlling the costs on the project.
- Ensuring weekly checks of plant and tools are taking place, ensuring they are safe to use and where applicable carry out valid calibration certificates and submitted through Management systems such as SAMSARA.
- Coaching of resources in the sprits of continuous improvement around; Communications, Updates, Photographic and documentary evidence from site.
- Maximising productivity for workstreams within the Project Managers responsibilities, whilst adhering to procedures and working practices to ensure compliance with legislation.
- Liaise and work closely with both external and internal parties to deliver all works to a high standard in line with varying project restraints and demands.
- Seek out new opportunities alongside wider contract team in order to maintain maximum productivity and utilisation of available resources at all times.
- Experience within a similar role.
- Experience managing projects and overseeing staff to ensure timely completion of works.
- Experience within the Drainage / Utilities / Water Jetting industry is preferred.
- Full UK Driving licence ( with no more than 6 penalty points)
