Project Manager (Electrical - M&E - Data Centres)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction and high-power busbar installations for data centres.

This role is crucial in managing and delivering key data centre projects, including the newly secured COLT LON4 Data Centre project (circa £3m). The successful candidate will oversee project execution from planning through to installation and completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage data centre projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Oversee the installation of high-power busbar systems and other critical infrastructure.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Identify and secure additional work opportunities within the data centre sector.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction project management, ideally in data centres or critical infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of high-power busbar systems and electrical installations.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution.
• Experience handling large project budgets
• Willingness to take on an interim/part-time role initially, with the potential for full-time transition.
