We are looking for a driven and motivated project management professional to join our Energy and Industry Large Projects team as a Project Manager - Construction.
You’ll have the opportunity to work on some of the largest Construction projects in GB and with prestigious customers in the industry, whilst at the same time receiving world-class training and development to help you drive your career forward.

What does the role involve?
- You’ll be working as part of the National Energy and Industry Projects Division, where you’ll own and steer the business on a portfolio of our newest and largest projects in the UK.
- Responsible for coordinating the Hilti sales potential, identifying the key stakeholders, contracts and Projects Key Applications, you’ll connect with all relevant internal stakeholders to build and coordinate the Project, while utilizing Salesforce.
- You’ll take ownership and responsibility of the full project capture and structure, while creating a best-in-class Project Management approach.
- You'll orchestrate complex commercial deals, meet sales targets and execution deadlines, while preserve quality and profitability, with Hilti partners.
- You’ll demonstrate a strong understanding in commercial, technical, logistic, financial, legal and other aspects related to providing complex solutions combining product, services and software.

- Proven as a Project Manager, with competency on technical consultative selling
- Ideally this will be gained within Engineering, Construction, Energy and/or Pharmaceutical sectors
- A degree, or equivalent, in Engineering or comparable discipline is preferable
- Project Management qualifications, such as Prince2, or qualified by experience
- High learning agility and self-motivation
- Commercially minded with strong sales skills, balanced with medium/long term approach
- Strong networking and influencing skills with high levels of impactful communication
- Ability to lead without direct report, to coach team members and to work in a matrix organisation and multicultural environment
- A full, clean, manual UK driving license, and availability to travel on a weekly basis
