Within our Capital Design and Delivery department, we are looking for a Project Manager to join the Water Infra delivery team.
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
Based out of either our Finham office (Coventry) or Shelton office (Shrewsbury) and reporting directly to the Lead Project Manager, the Project Manager will be accountable for delivering on key project KPIs across a portfolio of large capital engineering and construction clean water delivery projects within Severn Trent's Capital and Commercial Services business area.
What You'll Bring To The Role
With relevant industry experience in mechanical and/or electrical engineering, and ideally degree-qualified (or working towards), you will be a forward-thinking and innovative Project Manager capable of managing multiple capital engineering works with significant mechanical and electrical components.
You will have experience of managing NEC contracts, with a proven track record in cost planning, budgetary control, and technical delivery of MEICA systems. Knowledge of instrumentation, control systems, and automation technologies is highly desirable.
You will be a dynamic and collaborative leader with excellent communication and influencing skills. You will have a strong ability to build successful working relationships with internal and external stakeholders from a diverse range of backgrounds, and hold a relentless drive for continuous improvement, with the ability to innovate and anticipate unexpected issues and challenges as they arise.
