Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track service project delivery against customer requirements and purchased service packages.
- Monitor, record, and reconcile project hours within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Create, maintain, and distribute reports on project progress, utilization, and service performance metrics.
- Investigate and resolve data anomalies related to time tracking, project milestones, or reporting inconsistencies.
- Partner with services, support, sales, and operations teams to ensure project execution meets customer expectations.
- Communicate project status, risks, and completion updates to internal stakeholders and customers as required.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and recommending efficiency enhancements in service delivery, tracking, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, service contracts, and documentation standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in project management, professional services, or operations.
- Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM/PSA tools), including reporting and data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of identifying and resolving data discrepancies.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification a plus.
