what You'll Do
- Manage the overall planning, control, status reporting, stakeholder management, stability and project delivery across UK&I
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports to maintain customer satisfaction and stakeholder commitment
- Responsible for managing the budget and reporting progress of the project on an ongoing basis
- Take responsibility for the project's change agenda, developing and delivering key communications
- Obtain feedback from key stakeholders and provide accurate reporting at critical milestones
- Establish and manage often complex stakeholder relationships
- Implement reporting structures inside the project team, ensure team engagement and review the performance of project team members
- Previous experience of project management, covering operational and IT-focused projects
- Previous experience in change management, process improvement and stakeholder management
- A recognized and up to date project management qualification eg Prince2 Practitioner/Association of Project Management (desirable)
- An aptitude to work independently in a fast moving, diverse environment that could be anywhere in the UK
