The Role:

As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the successful delivery of various projects - ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and in accordance with governance frameworks.

You’ll work directly with clients across private and public sector, particularly balancing the technical and operational demands of delivery with the agility and pace of modern project management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and manage end-to-end delivery of projects for clients utilising tools such as MS Project
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and budgets in alignment with client needs
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Manage and foster cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including GDS, ISO27001 and/or ITIL
  • Monitor project risks and issues, escalating and resolving where necessary
  • Lead regular reporting cycles, including governance boards, steering committees and external audits
  • Support business development and bid/proposal writing for future projects
  • Creation of project reports tailored to target audiences providing an overview of project status, assessment of progress, upcoming key milestones and identification of potential issues and risk mitigations


Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing projects for or within private/public sector organisations
  • Familiarity with public sector funding mechanisms, reporting structures and compliance requirements would be desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and risk in a highly regulated environment.
  • Experience with Agile and Prince2 methodologies
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA and MS Project
  • Prince2, APM or PMP certification preferred
