What are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex broadcast engineering projects and programs. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven and versatile background in the broadcast industry.

The Role:

You will be leading end-to-end program execution across multiple complex projects, aligning solution architecture with architecture and implementation, into support.

You will facilitate planning sessions, status reviews, and risk assessments with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure milestones are met. You will also translate customer requirements and technical scopes into actionable delivery roadmaps and measurable outcomes as well as track resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure teams are effectively deployed and deadlines are realistic.

Identify cross-team dependencies and remove blockers, while proactively managing communication loops with leadership and functional managers.

You will also support continuous improvement by feeding project learnings back into process, tooling, and delivery frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular status updates to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills

Demonstrable complex project and program management experience within the broadcast sector.

Desirable: Project certification would be desirable such as PRINCE, Scrum, PMP.
