We're hiring a Project Manager to join our Kier Design team!
Based in Lincoln with flexibility to work nationwide, you'll play a key role in delivering design and professional services across multiple sectors—primarily within the built environment—for both public and private clients.
Location: Nationwide
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (flexible options available—just let us know when we speak)
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + £5.9k annual car allowance + private healthcare + benefits
What will you be responsible for?
As a Project Manager, you'll work within our Architecture & Building Consultancy team, providing project management services to internal and external clients. You'll ensure delivery aligns with Kier's quality management system and standard procedures, using our APM-accredited methodology, tools, and templates.

What will you be responsible for?
As a Project Manager, you'll work within our Architecture & Building Consultancy team, providing project management services to internal and external clients. You'll ensure delivery aligns with Kier's quality management system and standard procedures, using our APM-accredited methodology, tools, and templates.
Your Day-to-day Will Include
- Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to define project briefs, clarify scope, and identify key drivers and success factors.
- Delivering core project management activities such as risk and issue management, stakeholder engagement, reporting, scheduling, and change control.
- Supporting clients with project delivery strategies and contractor procurement.
- Administering construction contracts on behalf of clients.
- Managing Kier's project team and ensuring service excellence.
This Project Manager Role Is Great If You
- Hold a degree-level qualification (minimum HNC/HND) in a construction-related discipline and an APM PMQ or equivalent project management qualification.
- A Member of APM (or equivalent), ideally also a member of a relevant professional body, and have a full driving licence for site visits.
- Have experience delivering project management services across multiple built environment projects (new builds, extensions, refurbishments) of medium complexity and scale for at least half of the project lifecycle including contract administration and contractor procurement.
