Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Management Assistant to support our Project Management team. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate and is looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing.

You will work closely with Brand Managers and our Senior SEO Project Coordinator to help manage SEO campaigns across global markets, coordinate deliverables, and ensure that client projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Support:
    • Assist the Senior SEO Project Coordinator in coordinating tasks, timelines, and client deliverables. Help track progress to ensure deadlines are met
  • Client Communication (Support Level):
    • Where required, draft and prepare updates and/or documentation for Italian-speaking clients, and support the sharing of deliverables in line with agreed timelines and expectations
  • Organisation & Admin:
    • Keep internal trackers, project management tools (e.g Monday.com), and shared folders/files up to date
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Help prepare reports such as Clockify time management reports, status summaries, and assist with compiling data where required
  • Coordination Support:
    • Participate in internal meetings, support the preparation of agendas, take notes and meeting recaps, and help the Senior SEO Project Coordinator to efficiently manage the project


Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) at C2 level
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Quick to learn new tools, processes, and concepts
  • High performer through self-motivation, clearly able to identify actions, solutions and get things done in a timely manner
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to produce client-facing documents to an excellent standard
  • Clear and professional communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude
  • Ability to build and maintain working relationships internally and externally
  • Able to follow instructions precisely while also using initiative
  • Interest in SEO or digital marketing is a strong advantage

Please note that this internship includes a monthly compensation of €600 for the first six months, with the possibility of an increase afterward. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30 (UK time).
