About The Role
As a Project Engineer, you will hold a key role within the Project Delivery function within a fast paced, exciting, and growing company. We are a multi-disciplinary, agile team of experts covering activities relating to consulting and engineering, closely collaborating with our business colleagues and customers to ensure the best possible service is delivered to our customers.
This role will position you in the “Dynamic” projects team. The team deals with a wide variety of projects and technologies with short deadlines and high turnaround of work. You will need to be quick to learn on the job and be able to juggle multiple workstreams at the same time while keeping quality and communications high.

About The Role

Requirements
- Engaging in the design, planning and implementation of Public Cloud projects for key Ekco clients
- Lead, design, plan and implement technical IT projects for our clients.
- Deploy and implement networking, infrastructure and cloud projects.
- Work closely with the Project Management Team and PMO function to deliver projects.
- Build out key processes and KBAs.
- Document completed projects, and handover to service delivery teams and functions.
- Keep up to date with the latest technology and vendors.
- Previous experience in Delivering IT Projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong Networking experience, implementing firewalls, switching, vlans and WAN connectivity
- Experience working with infrastructure configuration, migration and deployment Projects.
- Experience with Windows Servers 2016 – 2022.
- Experience delivering M365, Azure, Intune, SharePoint and other cloud services.
- Qualification and Certifications in Microsoft, Windows, Azure, O365, CCNA
- Be highly collaborative with the wider delivery team.
- A strong customer focus, with an ability to continually anticipate and meet customers’ needs, excelling in communicating at all levels within a customer organisation
- Excellent working knowledge of Azure infrastructure services; Compute, Storage, Networking, Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Experience working to ensure customer solutions and services comply with the relevant product standards and internal documentation (in accordance with ISO certification)
- A Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a Professional Services role for a Cloud Managed Services provider
