About The Role

Working alongside our Engineering and Product teams, this role will support the Technology mission in successfully delivering critical and essential projects. You’ll be working with others around the Ocado Group business to find great solutions to our unique challenges

Planning, Tracking & Delivery

  • Gather requirements to define project scope
  • Monitor and track the usage of project resource
  • Support project team in delivery of project goals

Facilitation

  • Support the formation and creation of involved teams and individuals to collaborate on project tasks
  • Responsible for facilitating project meetings
  • Share and distribute project information, outcomes, and follow up actions

Risk and Issue Management

  • Manage risks and issues using various tools and techniques
  • Support your team and manager with the administration of risk and issue management
  • Gather information to score risks/issues
  • Contribute to risk mitigation planning

About You

  • Experience within a project coordinator role or similar
  • Experience in the technology product development space
  • Experience within the software or automation / hardware engineering industry
