Project Coordinator – Aberdeen Office-Based

A day in the life of a Project Coordinator:

  • Support the Head of Projects in delivering architectural outfitting works within the offshore oil & gas sector
  • Prepare work-pack content including method statements, risk assessments, and certification
  • Coordinate project teams, logistics, and equipment
  • Monitor project progress and update plans to meet delivery timelines
  • Manage financial aspects including budget approvals and invoicing
  • Participate in progress meetings and maintain accurate documentation
  • Oversee timesheets, purchase orders, and internal tracking systems
  • Coordinate deliveries, inspections, and international shipping requirements
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards and attend training sessions as required


You’ll be set up for success if you have:

  • Experience in a similar project coordination role
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Outlook, and AutoCAD
  • Prince2 Project Management training (desirable)
  • Valid UK Driving License
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a diverse workload
  • A professional, courteous, and team-focused attitude
