We are currently hiring a Project Co-ordinator to play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of a business change project. This position will ensure the smooth operation of project activities through effective planning, monitoring, and communication. The successful candidate will work closely with the project team, stakeholders, and external partners to help ensure project objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget. About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day coordination of change project activities, tasks, and milestones.
- Support the Project Manager with project planning, scheduling, and status reporting.
- Monitor progress and proactively identify risks, issues, or delays; escalate as appropriate.
- Track project deliverables and ensure documentation is up to date and stored correctly.
- Arrange and facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain project registers including RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.
- Assist in the preparation of communications and change-related materials.
- Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure alignment on tasks and timelines.
- Support change management activities, such as training coordination or impact assessments.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a project co-ordination or project support role.
Required Skills:
- Experience working on business change, transformation, or organisational development projects.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in project tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, Excel, or equivalent.
- Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders and managing expectations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
- Experience with change management frameworks.
- Understanding of Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
- Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation, CAPM) or working towards one.
- Project management or change management qualifications are desirable, but not essential.
