Role Overview
The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and tracking of various projects within the organisation. This role supports the project team by coordinating resources, schedules, and project documentation to ensure successful project delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure all customer work is accurately recorded in the in-house systems, so that it is billed correctly, and no billable work is left uncharged or assigned to the wrong contract or contract line.
- Monitor and ensure that Acora meets its contractual obligations to customers, or escalate and highlight any potential issues where obligations may not be fulfilled.
- Build a strong understanding of our customers' businesses, including their organisational structure, technology landscape, and specific needs.
- Act as a deputy for the Head of PS Operations when needed, collaborating with project managers to ensure time-sheets are posted accurately and generating necessary reports to gather essential performance figures.

- Create documentation that can be used internally and with clients.

- Excellent problem-solving skills
