Role Overview
National FM Projects are seeking an experienced, dynamic Project Co-ordinator to assist in the delivery of projects across our diverse spectrum client base.
The successful candidate will be responsible a range of tasks involved in the project delivery process from logging new enquiries, to assisting the PM team through the delivery phase, closing out projects on completion and maintaining trackers, documentation and financial tasks to ensure a successful outcome for all projects.
Working with and reporting directly to the Head of Project Delivery, this role is key to assisting in managing a self delivery project delivery team and ensuring compliance with the company's project governance processes.
We are looking for someone who can work as part of a larger team, can work under pressure and to defined deadlines, introduce new ideas to improve the efficiency of the team, is conscientious, has excellent communication skills and is proficient in the use of software systems such as Office365, SimPro and other packages as required by the business.
To provide effective assistance to the Contracts and Service Managers in the running of all Project works and assist in the running of maintenance contracts.

What You'll Do
- Liaise with Clients over start date, delivery date and completion dates.
- Contact suppliers / sub-contractors to check price and ensure availability of goods prior to ordering.
- Complete necessary paperwork to place order with suppliers and / or sub-contractors.
- Investigate and resolve outstanding deliveries with suppliers.
- Assist in the collation and issue of Contract variations as required.
- Assist in carrying out monthly contract reviews on individual projects.
- Prepare necessary information required for billing of completed jobs.
- Prepare documentation for handover to the maintenance team.
- Prepare and present quotations for additional works.
- Tool box talks and Health & Safety implementation.
- IMS documentation implementation.
- Any other duties as requested by Projects or Service Managers within reason.
Who You'll Be
- Thorough understanding of Project Co-Ordination.
- Good interpersonal skills – proficient communication skills, both written & verbal with demonstrated ability.
- Experience within similar role or transferable skills from related role.
- Good IT skills.
- Smart, presentable appearance.
- Personable and approachable.
- Good interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
- Good command of the English language both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, business focused
- Keen attention to detail
- Able to work and focus in an ever changing environment
