We're looking for a Project & Programme Manager to lead a variety of business initiatives from start to finish, using PHOENIX UK's established Project Management Methodology. About the Role



As a Project & Programme Manager, you will be responsible for leading various business initiatives, ensuring effective project management practices are followed, and driving collaboration across the organization.



Responsibilities



  • Promote and support traditional & agile project management best practices, coaching teams on methodology, tools, and governance to embed a consistent PMO approach across the organisation.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including Charters, project plans, and RAIDD logs, to support transparency, control, and informed decision-making.
  • Engage and manage stakeholders across the business, facilitating workshops, boards, and change control processes to drive collaboration and secure project buy-in.
  • Ensure effective risk and issue management, proactively identifying and resolving challenges to maintain project momentum and quality.
  • Promote and support project management best practices, coaching teams on methodology, tools, and governance to embed a consistent PMO approach across the organisation.



Qualifications



  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Confident communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills to drive alignment and secure commitment across complex projects.
  • Highly organised, with excellent planning and prioritisation abilities to manage multiple programmes and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Skilled in leading meetings, workshops, and programme boards to foster collaboration and ensure project objectives are clearly understood and owned.
  • Adept at maintaining project structure and governance, ensuring clarity, consistency, and timely delivery in fast-paced environments.
  • Prior LEAN experience desirable.

Preferred Skills



  • Prior LEAN experience.



Pay range and compensation package



Up to £50,000 per annum with a competitive bonus structure.
