Are you an organised, proactive individual with a passion for supporting project delivery? We’re looking for a Project Administrator to join our dynamic team. You’ll be responsible for coordinating meetings, managing documentation, booking travel, and ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the PMO Manager in implementing changes that benefit the wider business.

What you'll be doing
- Provide day-to-day support to the MMF Programme and other projects.
- Assist with administrative tasks including purchase requisitions and visitor arrangements.
- Attend and support project meetings, including minute-taking and action tracking.
- Maintain accurate records and shared directories.
- Book travel and accommodation for UK and international trips.
- Align activities with PMO and Change Management processes.
What you'll bring
- Previous administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Intermediate level).
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work to deadlines and adapt to new ways of working.
- Proactive, self-starter with a hands-on approach.
