PURPOSE

As the Senior Program Management Consultant in the MSI CoE and Consulting team you play a leading role in the creation of the central CoE MSI Knowledge resource.
This role is focused on the consolidation, creation and development of Guidelines, Frameworks, Methodologies and Best Practices that are to guide our sales, Business Development and Delivery teams across all stages of MSI opportunity stages.
This role also identifies, creates and delivers support in the areas of best practices on the MSI processes, boiler plates, program and project management structure that will support the GEO’s bid and delivery teams prepare responses and delivery planning of MSI assignments.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, Creation development and maintenance of the MSI CoE Knowledge Hub.
- Drive the development of methodology, guidelines and processes to support the SITA organisation to excel at in the MSI marketplace.
- Continuous engagement, collaboration and alignment with CCM and GEO’s.
- Based on knowledge, insights and best practices, develop communication, workshops and activities to enable the SITA GEO’s to realize and deliver MSI mark opportunities.
- Build trusted relationship with customers presenting key finding identified within the CoE MSI Knowledge Hub inclusive of insights, best practices and technology lead airport innovation to demonstrate SITA’s MSI credentials can capabilities.
- Supports GEO Bid teams in the preparation of RFP responses.
- Supports GEO’s in the planning and preparation to deliver MSI projects.
EXPERIENCE
- Specific experience in the Industry.
- At least ten (10 )years Business-related consultancy/or Industry experience.
- Team leadership experience/working in matrix managed organisations.
- Understanding of Airline Industry IT/ Network environment (an advantage).
- Specific experience in Project / Program Management or MSI.
- Strategic approach gained through thorough business experience.
- Leadership experience/working in matrix managed organisations.
- Complex Bid and Proposal Management.
- Operating at senior levels of customer (Heads of IT, Technical experts).
- Strong business communication skills.
- Technology, Project Management or Business-related degree.
- ATI Transport related diploma/degree.
- IT Management / Architecture / Integration (an advantage)
- Project / Program Management qualification preferred
