We are looking for a professional and experienced Production Team Leader to join our growing Production team. As a Production Team Leader you will do daily operations of a designated production line/ team within the Production Area.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a professional and experienced Production Team Leader to join our growing Production team. As a Production Team Leader you will do daily operations of a designated production line/ team within the Production Area.
Key responsibilities as a Production Team Leader will be to:
- Through the S.I.C process, record and escalate any issues to the Team Manager and carry out actions that have been agreed in order to correct any losses.
- Product giveaways should be reviewed and any issues affecting giveaways escalated to the Team Manager.
- Support the investigation/actioning of any non-conforming processes/ products in order to reduce waste and ensure that Batch Yield is on target.
- Be aware of the labour cost of the designated production line/ team and support the Team Manager in efforts to improve this labour cost.
- Previous food production experience
- Interpret data (Screen display)
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to be flexible.
