We are now seeking an experienced and dedicated Production Team Lead to join our dynamic aseptic manufacturing team. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will be an integral part of the area leadership team comprising you and three other Team Leads. This shift-based role follows a 4 on/4 off schedule, inclusive of night shifts, to ensure smooth and continuous production operations. To be successful you will possess strong people management skills and be a natural leader.

What You’ll Do

As an integral part of the area leadership team, you will:

  • Lead and inspire a team of production personnel, fostering engagement and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the execution of the production plan, ensuring targets are met and EHS, quality, cost, and supply requirements are achieved.
  • Manage day-to-day production activities, ensuring full resource utilisation.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to ensure scheduled PPMs, calibration, and validation activities.
  • Maintain compliant c-GMP documentation and track performance with KPIs.
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement activities to enhance production performance.
  • Deputise for the Production Manager as needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience managing production teams.
  • Experience in a similar role from a highly regulated environment, with knowledge of cGMP.
  • Ideally aseptic filling experience.
  • Ability and willingness to work shifts, days, and nights.
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written.
