We are looking for Production Operators to join our Tumbler department (Onshore, Manufacturing). The successful applicants must be highly motivated and able to work as part of a team. They will be responsible for the manufacture of macrospheres through regular application of resin and fibreglass to achieve the required density, then testing on completion.
Within some departments we operate a shift system, a shift allowance is paid while working on back and night shift which increases the standard hourly rate by time +1/6 and time + 1/3. There is also the opportunity to work overtime during busy periods. Due to rotating shift and safety requirements applicants must be at least aged 18 or over.
Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.

Main Duties
- Applying resin/fibreglass shots at regular intervals
- Splitting Tumblers as/when needed to carry out routine cleaning
- Working to a high quality standard
- Working safely and with regard to others
- To maintain a high standard of housekeeping
- Good standard of education
- Forklift license and overhead crane certification (desirable)
- Abrasive Wheels trained (desirable)
- Working in a manufacturing environment
- Knowldge of moulding process
- Conscientious, reliable, honest and punctual
- Capable of working with minimum supervision
- Flexible with regards to working hours
- Mechnaical aptitude
